2:463/877 (FidoNet).
BBS: Yes (dialup, telnet port 8077).
Regulation. Neon_#2-NeonNet node connects
all users to FTN-networks specified. For dialup access, you are required to
register a BBS account, real names only. You may page system operator for chat, or leave a message
specifying required FTN-address and session password. To
